Neuroscience of Leadership and Performance Executive Series

Designed for:  Experienced leaders

Overview: From a high level overview to a comprehensive executive development initiative, this program meets the differing needs of leadership teams.  Focussing on sharing key neuroscience principles and leadership techniques proven to significantly increase performance, engagement and collaboration, and meet psychosocial obligations.  This program sets the foundation to create environments that optimise the brain and harness the potential of every member of the team.  Optional inclusion of Behavioural awareness tool.

Applying the neuroscience of personal effectiveness

Designed for: Every employee, particularly knowledge workers whose most important tool is their brain! This program is an essential component for every onboarding process. 

Overview: Discover practical brain-based techniques to achieve peak performance and wellbeing, enhancing your workplace contributions, engagement and daily experience. Participants build knowledge and skills that will transform their approach to work and life, learning how the brain impacts thinking, behaviour and performance, and how to utilise its significant power to achieve peak performance, manage wellbeing and increase engagement.

Neuroscience for New Leaders

Applying the neuroscience of leadership and performance

Designed for:  Supervisors, emerging leaders and technical experts transitioning to leadership.  Perfect for those new to leadership or those who would benefit from a more comprehensive program.

Overview: This foundation program builds practical leadership skills underpinned by the latest neuroscience of leadership and performance.  Our approach helps leaders to learn the ‘what and how’ of leadership, but crucially, to also understand the ‘why’ driving human behaviour.

Participants learn how the brain impacts thinking, behaviour and performance; how to engage and develop others; how to create environments that support true collaboration and how to drive behaviour changes that result in innovative, collaborative, and engaged individuals and teams.

Neuroscience for Learning Design and Delivery Applying the Neuroscience of Adult Learning

Designed for: Learning & Development practitioners, Vocational Education teachers and training  professionals at any level of experience.  

Overview: Discover practical techniques to take a brain-based approach to the design and delivery of learning programs. The brain is the driver of all learning and behaviour.  For L&D professionals tasked with making learning happen, this program provides an essential overview of the brain’s role in learning and how to design adult learning experiences with the brain in mind.

Overview: In this highly interactive workshop (or series of sessions), your team learns and implements concepts in real-time.  This results in the creation of tailored team processes and actions for immediate use back in the workplace.  The program gives your team the time to work together in practical and outcome focussed ways and builds a sense of ownership for their actions.

 

Structure: Mirroring the journey our brain goes through to be 'open' to collaborate, this workshop builds knowledge AND initiates actions around:
